Nothing.. wait wait I can say one thing that is major claims on the company.

This is US mortgage due diligence company comes under KPO category. Everything.. This company is a scam for tier 2 city employees like solapur etc. Local labor commission should take strict action against this company as early as possible and file a law suit for their unethical practices as a company in tier 2 city. - Company hires poor graduates from Solapur who have no idea about basic company ethics or practices and treat them like a construction worker. No offer or joining letter or any documentation. Instead company maliciously force employee to join an illegal bond which company uses to take a legal action against employees if they leave the organization despite serving notice period. - Please be aware, if you wish to ruin your career then and then only join this organization. - This company is forgetting one thing that projects or deal they are getting from client is due to the quality of work given by solapaur employees as compared to pune or other branch employees. - Company owner and management has to pay the price for their unethical practice towards poor solapur employees.
