The culture in this office is actually beyond what you may actually expect. The employees are helpful and supportive to me and they have been like that from the start itself. HR connects with me at least daily to ask is there anything bothersome.

Facilities in the restroom are not checked on time. I request the management to regularly ensure this for good hygiene.

They were interested in knowing my experience . All the people I have worked with so far are awesome. I find their attributes to be positive and they work like one united team.

This is a job full of amazing benefits. I work without strict deadlines. The shift as per the standard office duration. To maintain my performance, I am given feedback every week. The company has lot of ongoing projects. I was given tasks related to many of these. Indeed, I am managing several things that needs my attention. But I have not really seen any burden. I have also noted that the deadlines are made after discussions. A single person alone doesn't decide them. I can share my bandwidth as per which the deadline is set.
