I don't like company culture, atmosphere.

No professional atmosphere, Seniors does harassment of juniors, very bad language of Team lead, use of bad word with girls and employees. Dominatibg nature of manager, team leader, boss in front of team. Boss harrashed 1 girls in front of all employees. From 5 months there is no salary.

Gossips at floor by higher Management

No salary from 4 month and company MD lies and giving only gyan sessions ,only gives Hope's I will do the payment and making strategies like devide and rule so employees should not gather together for any salary communication. Very pathetic behavior. He has a habit of loose talk indivisible with employees and then showing that how I am a good person. Too much diplomatic and pathetic.
