It as nice place culture and the office premises wise. but it was a bad experience with my team. so be careful and check for the project they are working upon.

Approach was not good to deliver the project which got failed. compensation is very less and manager used to call Saturday Sundays

Micromanagement, corporate politics, good work and hard work is of no use, only you just need to act and pretend to be working in front of manager, worse thing is that every every without employee consent, they add some bond and you cannot leave this company until its completion. They will ask money when you leave in between also won’t give release letter and full and final settlement. Fully money minded people always ready to eat your money . No travel facilities , no food facilities, no outings , no team lunch or dinner, worse company till now I have ever witness in my overall career.
