While I was working in infinite. I felt very minimum exposure and there was nothing which I would say I liked.

Dislikes

There is no transparency. And no job security you could be thrown out of the company anytime without any prior notice. You will hardly get justification of the wrongs done to you. the HR hardly clarifies your queries and replies very late. Your project and the management would put you in pip in basis of anything. I would not suggest someone to join Infinite if they are new to company culture and corporate. Because they might fall into something which will end up bad ....Read More

As a fresher you can able to learn lot of things. You can learn new things and the leads and manager will help you get good knowledge in technology. They are supportive

Dislikes

There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
