Micromanagement, corporate politics, good work and hard work is of no use, only you just need to act and pretend to be working in front of manager, worse thing is that every every without employee consent, they add some bond and you cannot leave this company until its completion. They will ask money when you leave in between also won’t give release letter and full and final settlement. Fully money minded people always ready to eat your money . No travel facilities , no food facilities, no outings , no team lunch or dinner, worse company till now I have ever witness in my overall career. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
