If you have already worked in product based companies, for whatever reason never join this company. It will be damn difficult to sync. Even after getting excellent performance rating for 2 years, you won't get any hike or promotion. As usual micro management which is common in these companies. You can enhance your skills only if you get chance to work in projects from large US based enterprises.

Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Too much hierarchy EGO at every level. Worst management and HR. Senior Leadership they done know what they speak, they don't know how they behave, they are happy until lowest expenses are running the process. First time in my entire career I heard Layoff, just because of organization expenses. The people who mess with me will face more drastic situation in their life, for than what they have done. I had my channels and they gave me the news as managers also went through layoff later on in their life and faced their karma. Its a different feeling working at Infinite. Its bit addictive. You get to see some good things technically because, they get such clients.

Dislikes

Higher management is from cognizant. So any open position for Sr leadership post, Cognizant guys will get it. Sr. Management is very harsh. THey do not have head on their shoulders. Their Townhall is a technical session, inexperience evident of very bad leadership.

Less salary No job security - Disappointed with management (Simply they will hire and they will release without project allocation). No proper plans for new hires. HR Management and is worst (we will not get the response properly) Waste of time to accept the offer and waste of money .employees will get lose only.

No Appraisal , no Hike , if project is rammed down - will moved to bench serving NP . Senior Managers , Program Director and HR's are just another puppets no responsibilities towards there employee . I have all my hard work and dedication to company , got good ratings also but at time of appraisal they moved to bench saying no project . AVP ,Program Director and Managers are just always give assurance but at time of delivery all fails . Not sure how they delivering to client .
