The one thing I like about the company is how the founders will treat you in the 1st month.

Dislikes

The founders micromanage everything. The HR does nothing except saying ‘talk to sir’. There is no real HR because the founder himself is the HR. They don’t release salaries on time. Don’t give FNF to their employees. They fire employees according to their convenience and never give a prior notice. They abuse their ex employees (and even employees) behind their back and talk all sorts of bad things about women. The founder goes with the employees to get high in the middle of the working hours.
