1. Joining process slow and worst 2. Once you join you have to do struggle to open your own salary account. 3. When you start doing operations, every process is so complicated. 4. If you open accounts, accounts getting freeze or total freeze in some time. 5. No support from BM, they said "I need business only do it from anywhere" and by mistake if portfolio assigned then you have to do sttrugle for customer you have to fight for your portfolio from KAM or RM, every customer is owned by KAM or RM from your portfolio. 6. According to customer's point of view...it provides horrible service.seniors are just mis-utilising their position...the timing is 8.45am to 7.00pm but cluster manager as well as bm force to sit and complete the targets ...They calls often most of the holidays to work full time at branch...if u will join this bank specially in bbsrregion your personal life and mental health will be destroyed.Every day pressure and sells targets.Bms and cluster manager behaves rudely and they puts pressure until u committee suicide 🙏 please don't join this bank...Read More

I feel very good and it was a good time of 4 years spent with indusind bank .

I have 4 years with full dedication to indusind bank but during a surprise verification I was not able to do it due to pain in my stomach but and they make it issue and ban me for 2 years and after resigning from bank 2 years later I asked for rejoin they denied. From that day I feel very bad and negative

There is nothing to like. From on-board to process all are pathetic. The bank itself is struggling to keep its existence in market. From a customer point of view also the bank's service and on line platform are pathetic.

Always support employee even they support me during my pregnancy time such wonderful time I had with indusind bit only thing they keep talking about those took for six months i felt bad

I joined indusind bank in operation as sdm where i learnt deepth of banking which i did not understand in sales

I am not saying this to indusind bank but every bank is taking people in operation but they always asking for sales apart from banking work which lead to high pressure situation while doing high value transactions
