First should be change mindshet of channel Partners like Tata AIA. These guys are dominating our indusind employees. These guys are behaviour like CEOs. Treat like Agents of our employees. as per labour law rules don't working in holidays. But in this bank holidays also worked.strictly implement this.

Bank is with easy targets and we can achieve them easily but the middle man (cluster head and regional heads) shows some caste feeling and do internal politics,if you enquire about CH here ,,a lot of people has been upsconded because of him not about targets and all. And he got lot show cause notices with him but HR don't do any thing because hr do what he say exactly.hahaha,,

Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.

Work culture in branch is worst manager treat employees like slave , everyday in branch manager force to sit till night 9 for sales target, manager shout and behaves like D grade school principal. All process are worst!! No support for technical team or any other team for any type of issue

1. Joining process slow and worst 2. Once you join you have to do struggle to open your own salary account. 3. When you start doing operations, every process is so complicated. 4. If you open accounts, accounts getting freeze or total freeze in some time. 5. No support from BM, they said "I need business only do it from anywhere" and by mistake if portfolio assigned then you have to do sttrugle for customer you have to fight for your portfolio from KAM or RM, every customer is owned by KAM or RM from your portfolio. 6.
