Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. I don't even see such a bank like this . Less pressure than other bank.

Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

Affluent team management is very bad. Area manager don't know about his job. Area Manager do a partially to our collogues.No buddy care about customer service, customer satisfaction, GSFC . No buddy is working for pramotion. they work for only secure our job .

Every senior members above BM level are disgusting and they do not have a personal life. They are worst than Covid. Special mention to Mr. Anirban Mazumder and Akib Ahmed from Northeast. These two are like infectious parasites that eats your from within. They want to destroy mental balances of employees. May God never give them their soul peace. They should rott in hell.........
