Ebix cash company bought that indus software technology pvt ltd company...now it's name of company ebixcash... really good environment nice place to work in carrer start up...banking domain... lending suit... product based company...backend oracle and learn lot from back end oracle but front end in java but using brms old version ... otherwise it's very good to work with that company

Company location is good as its center location . You get all exposure to the application frontend and backend . deployement ,svn access.You will learn everything .how the whole application works

Company is acquired by ebixcash .Appraisal concept not there . They just take your appraisal meeting and doest not give you money .and for reimburstment you have to wait and fallowup from them .Very very worst incase of money.

The people. People are really good to work with. They are helpful and friendly, which makes the work environment comfortable.

Dislikes

The organisation lacks leadership qualities and planning. Not even management is sure what is the motto of the company. Decisions are taken emotionally and based on Ego. This hampers the performance of the talented lot. People are really good, but above things spoil everything.

I was a Business Analyst and worked on different projects. Lack of leadership qualities and forward thinking has messed up a lot of Projects and as an Analyst we had to deal with lot of unnecessary iterations and repetition of same task.

Highly Politics Oriented. There are a bunch of fools sitting in the Top of the Management side. Horrible Project Managers. Its mini Andhra inside, . Can't get proper growth. Backstabbers all around. 9 Hours WorkTime and Effective Hours compulsory 8hrs daily is a must.

It's product based company. Learned lending applications functional and technical - Loan Origination, Loan Management, collections and insurance. Also application architecture.

Dislikes

After taken over by Ebix, all Indus employees worried about job security. Internal politics for salary, promotion and job security etc started after Ebix acquired Indus.

I have joined Indus as senior system analyst 2007 October, currently working as Project manager. I have put paper after acquired by Ebix, because I don't like internal politics.

Indus is product based company, very good place to work and learn the banking product... Once you join you will have lot of training session so that easy to sit in a project and show our skills.. You will get lot of support from Higher management. You will get chance to work in UAT, production, client place and so that you will come to learn many things and also will come to know about the market.

Work pressure will be there it's depends on project. Compensation will be ok. Really good place to work
