Work culture is very good.You will get all type of responsibilities like development,testing and some client requirement gathering related to project i.e there are lot of opportunity for skill development and learning.Seniors & top management are very supportive.For initial level IT professional, I think it is one of the best company for professional growth.

There are no such issue.But some time you feel your appraisal/salary is not as per your expectation.

As a fresher, it is a very good company to work with. You will get a lot of exposure. The teammates are helpful. The appraisal is good compared to other big shot companies. There is onsite but generally for short duration and basically either in middle East or European countries or south east Asian countries. Comparatively less politics. The learning curve is good as you will get lot of responsibilities. For an SQL developer, you will get a lot of scope and opportunities. The work life balance is a bit disappointing. You might have to work late more often to meet the deadlines and there is always a resource crunch. There is very less company sponsored team outings and less team building activities. And less focus on innovation. For Java developer the technologies being used is not at par with the current trend in the IT Sector. There is hardly any work from home and less flexibility with your swipe in timings....Read More

I had joined as a fresher. If your stars are not with you, which was in my case, you will have the worst of manager and lead at the same time. But for me the learning curve was high which has helped me a lot. Overall I would recommend for fresher.
