Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

We worked but we did not get it.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Freedom to work at your won idea.There is no beaurocracy in taking approval.One can directly interact with MD.

Dislikes

There is no equal loading of work among employees.One is overloaded while other is relaxed.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
