Second Class Boiler Operator in MumbaiOtherposted on 11 Aug 2020Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Need help in deciding from the following offers
I have the following offers:
1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus
Position - manager
2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed
3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa
I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
Please let me know your insights.
Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
