Interview experience is worst. Its 9-6 : Work from office 5 days, punch in and out tracing. Office leave time can stretch. Drive from Kolkata - Office politics is at peak. If you are from IT/consulting , then think twice before join.

Job security is there.if anyone can work actively and deliver the assignment on time there is no such risk.

SAP inhouse team is created recently, so no such work methodology I feel here. The higher authorities are less knowledge about SAP., so there is a gap how SAP team can manage. Need to recruit delivery head in each module with handsome IT SAP experience.

Micromanagement happens a lot and likes the individual who polishes their toes. They simply bluff and corner you in the name of growth. They donot have a proper process to work and expects to do anything rubbish

Only work life balance and nice office space are the positives.

Worst HR and itz policies. HR Head keeps on changing every year! And so are the policies. Designations are kept hidden and thrown upto you. Managers are H.O are worthless and only care about their own interests. No discussion on performance appraisal. Ratings are thrown at you. No discussion on career growth. Either you obey or you can leave. Worst management.

The management keeps on changing and there is no accountability. HR policies keep on changing overnight and enforced disrupting domestic life and plans. Not at all trustworthy.

Dislikes

HR policies are made with zero respect to employees. Salary revisions are done 5-6 months into the new year. Increment is peanuts and unacceptable explanations are given. Promotions are given with 8% hike only.

There is one Deputy Manager named Anil Panigrahy in US process . Does not do any thing . Other than bringing in Gossiping about both seniors and juniors . Does this all Day and entire month . He shares monthly PPT but that also prepared by his team members. Dont review any tasks .some times just check on if the task completed and if you say that I need some help and guidance then no help provided and you will be scolded . That what is his managerial duty all about . And he is very well paid for doing nothing . the interview panel. they will disagree with your correct answers. Accounts department interviewers (in my case) got no depth knowledge of accounting but allowed to conduct interview.
