Company policy are good but not implement on every location it's differ from each location. Medical insurance given ( only if admitted in hospital) pf provided .. overtime 8 hrs ₹ 1000 as of now . Given good increment and have promotion policy. Salary on time. IOC, HPCL, awarded a contractual job to this company. However, this company was formed to handle worker-level tasks. This model may not involve sales, marketing efforts, or specific targets. company enjoys a 100% business guarantee from IOC.

This company, established by IOC, is being characterized as a "manpower supply company" Or to provide manpower to IOC operations. I want to suggests that there are serious concerns about labor practices and worker conditions within this organization. When IOC was managing this task of fueling. their workers used to handle the job with a team of three people, one for sampling, another for driving, and a third for making connections. and there was a limit of 4-5 flights per shift. However, after transferring this task to IOSPL, the approach seems to have changed drastically. Single individuals are now handling as many as 8-9 flights or even up 15 flights during a 12 hours duty + individuals being exposed to fuel beyond permissible limits in (ppm) during fuel sampling. Which has become an extremely demanding and inhuman workload. It appears that IOC has quickly distanced itself from its responsibilities in this matter. Government X-ratn company is main culprit in this crime. Additionally, other government agencies, such as DGCA, Airport authority of India, Airport operator are involved in exploitative business model. They are trying to apply international rules within Indian context, using Indian non standard equipment's, with complexities of Indian airports and highly competitive airlines. These agencies have numerous rules in place, which may be suitable for a team of 3-4 people. but all are expecting to be handled by a single individual. In IOSPL new employee pay an advance of one lac before joining the company with a three-years bond. The company is attempting to hire engineers due to the need for a better understanding of fuel quality procedures, particularly to meet DGCA requirements. + to avoid potential workers' unions or labor related issues. Indirectly this company want brainless labor. Mose of management parts are unused boys and relatives of IOC employees and relatives. Some of them are highly under-qualified. (Like one location they have Operation manager with ITI operator qualification + fake diploma, shift managers with unknown educational qualification ) company is appointing individuals at higher place with aggressive or bulling tendencies and relying on bullying as a management strategy, It raises concerns about workplace culture, ethics, and employee well-being<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Such practices can negatively impact the work environment and employee moral, and they should be addresses through appropriate management and organizational changes</mark>. Hi, I am an operations officer here from 2015 to till in itp department. personally i am not suggestiing anyone to join iosl if he is in itp department so much of phycial fatigue and pressure is here. If you are in fuel farm facility please go ahead and join the organization but in itp here is Nothing technical and all of your technical knowledge and skill won't be Worthy. I recommended everyone to move ahead with some other company to work dont looks to the compensation may be you good here approximately 3 lack for fresher and certainly some more to experience but your technical skill and knowledge will not be used here. Tje task and jobs responsibility ordered you to that can be done by a non technical person too. A labour or a ordinary peron can do that job but company's damanded to engineer's that can ruined his technical knowledge and skill if you are work in ITP department but if you chosen for fuel farm please go ahead to join but for itp i personally recommend to not join.
