Holders, this job is like labour's work but they gives a world class job designation operations Officer, every one is feeling proud to be part of the IOSL. They are growing tremendously, no body can achive this type of success in any organization available in the world. When I was come to join this fabulous company they shows me dream of shift manager after 3 yrs. Unfortunately company changed its policy for provide better opportunities to every employee, they created one more post senior operations officer, they fill need more deep experience in the field for shift manager roll because of its job nature, which was very awesome decision, after 8 yrs still I am operations officer but I am not filling bad, because they serve me my bread and butter. Once I get promotion of senior operation officer, I will be eligible for shift manager, only there is very small thing to fulfill it, which is I need to complete 5 years as senior operations officer which is very small period of our career. Title: A Company of Broken Promises I have been with Indian oil skytanking pvt. Ltd. for several years now, and my experience has been a rollercoaster of shattered dreams and false promises. When I initially joined, I was assured that with hard work and dedication, I could climb the ladder tobecome a Shift Manager</mark>. However, this promise turned out to be nothing more than a carrot dangled in front of my nose. After years of dedication and putting in extra hours, I was eagerly awaiting the opportunity for a promotion to Shift Manager. To my dismay, instead of promoting me, the company created a new senior position that I wasn't even eligible for due to the arbitrary requirement of years of experience. It's disheartening to see that my loyalty and dedication were rewarded with nothing but disappointment. The management's decision to prioritize a newly created position over my well-deserved promotion has not only stalled my career but has also negatively impacted my life. I had made life plans and financial commitments based on the promised promotion, and now I find myself struggling to meet those obligations. Moreover, the lack of transparency and honesty in this matter has shattered my trust in indian oil skytanking pvt. Ltd. It's clear that the company is more interested in making false promises to employees than in fostering a fair and rewarding work environment. Salary on time. IOC, HPCL, awarded a contractual job to this company. However, this company was formed to handle worker-level tasks. This model may not involve sales, marketing efforts, or specific targets. company enjoys a 100% business guarantee from IOC.

This company, established by IOC, is being characterized as a "manpower supply company" Or to provide manpower to IOC operations. I want to suggests that there are serious concerns about labor practices and worker conditions within this organization. When IOC was managing this task of fueling. their workers used to handle the job with a team of three people, one for sampling, another for driving, and a third for making connections<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. and there was a limit of 4-5 flights per shift</mark>. However, after transferring this task to IOSPL, the approach seems to have changed drastically. Single individuals are now handling as many as 8-9 flights or even up 15 flights during a 12 hours duty + individuals being exposed to fuel beyond permissible limits in (ppm) during fuel sampling. Which has become an extremely demanding and inhuman workload. It appears that IOC has quickly distanced itself from its responsibilities in this matter. Government X-ratn company is main culprit in this crime. Additionally, other government agencies, such as DGCA, Airport authority of India, Airport operator are involved in exploitative business model. They are trying to apply international rules within Indian context, using Indian non standard equipment's, with complexities of Indian airports and highly competitive airlines. These agencies have numerous rules in place, which may be suitable for a team of 3-4 people. but all are expecting to be handled by a single individual. In IOSPL new employee pay an advance of one lac before joining the company with a three-years bond. The company is attempting to hire engineers due to the need for a better understanding of fuel quality procedures, particularly to meet DGCA requirements. + to avoid potential workers' unions or labor related issues. Indirectly this company want brainless labor. Mose of management parts are unused boys and relatives of IOC employees and relatives. Some of them are highly under-qualified. (Like one location they have Operation manager with ITI operator qualification + fake diploma, shift managers with unknown educational qualification ) company is appointing individuals at higher place with aggressive or bulling tendencies and relying on bullying as a management strategy, It raises concerns about workplace culture, ethics, and employee well-being. Such practices can negatively impact the work environment and employee moral, and they should be addresses through appropriate management and organizational changes.
