No decent salary, carrier growth is nill chanal of promotion is finished coz some of officers don't want to give us promotion.nd the most ridicules thing is if we doing our job best as we can we got chargesheet in return, and if we r not doing it we got chargesheet. Officers always looks for a point for them to manipulate points nd put barricades in our carrier growth and in our salary also....
