Apprentship के दौरान हमें बहुत सी नई बाते सिखने को मिली हैँ,

वैसे तो apprentship कर दौरान सभी बाते अच्छी थी, बस एक चीज़ अच्छी नहीं थी वों थी पुरानी policy का बंद होना, 2016 से पहले apprentship करने वाले बच्चे को parmanent railway मे ही जॉब दे दिया जाता था, पर अब ये policy बंद हो चुकी है, जिसके तहत अब लाखों बच्चे apprentship करने के बाद भी बेरोज़गार है,

The job security is best...the compensation is good enough...though the kind of work I did needed lot of time and effort..higher authorities can be a bit more appreciative about the work..about career growth, it's a bit monotonous, and a bit corrupted...so if job security is you main motto, you should join railways..

Nobody appreciates if you do better work then others..there is a bit elitism in railways, where the higher management authoritative poeple are given everything, and the working force is treated like daily wage workers...it can be better...everyone is working hard, so everyone should be treated equally..

I worked in track maintenance..we repair and sometimes lay new railway tracks ..so we work in specific free times when the track if free of running trains .

Railways is big organization hence growth aspects for sr.section engineer is not so good.
