I like everything in indian oil, because it has lot of advantage in Indian oil. it has good experience and good learning place about gas and oil process and lots of technical knowledge you should get here.

Dislikes

I didn't like that it has risk about safety but it has great precaution here

The methodology of working in company, best HR practices. I got opportunity to learn from various senior officers too.

I just have to leave the company because I had completed my duration of apprenticeship. I wish it would further continue with Indian oil only. That thing I disliked about it.

Company's Work Culture is very good, During Covid-19 lockdown stipend has been given regularly.

Some officers rude behaviour, and some payment not completed. Still, My Payment of October-2019 is not paid, i have requested again and again, but no result.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
