I really felt proud to work with IIML for such a long decade more than 34 years and after superannuation presently serving the institute as a Consultant. I could have missed such a beautiful experience by not joining such a prestigious institute. I had an opportunity to serve Faculties & talented students as well. In my experience, it is the right place to develop your skill and learn real-life balance by working with such a legend Faculties. Being an autonomous institution under the MHRD, you need to focus on your duties and behaviors with your co-workers, and no need to think about your job security. Nothing to say, as I did not face any complications and difficulties while working with IIML. I am totally satisfied. Presently on superannuation, I have been given an opportunity to work further with IIML as a Consultant since October 2021 which is still continuing.

Work Details

In short, Although by designation I was Administrative Officer, the institute has given me the opportunity to work as Head Administration at IIML Noida Campus, which was appreciated by the management from time to time.
