I really felt proud to work with IIML for such a long decade more than 34 years and after superannuation presently serving the institute as a Consultant. I could have missed such a beautiful experience by not joining such a prestigious institute. I had an opportunity to serve Faculties & talented students as well. In my experience, it is the right place to develop your skill and learn real-life balance by working with such a legend Faculties. Being an autonomous institution under the MHRD, you need to focus on your duties and behaviors with your co-workers, and no need to think about your job security. The culture of IIM is incomparable with any other job. In the end, you will enjoy the work with full satisfaction.

Dislikes

Nothing to say, as I did not face any complications and difficulties while working with IIML. I am totally satisfied. Presently on superannuation, I have been given an opportunity to work further with IIML as a Consultant since October 2021 which is still continuing.
