... bcoz this was my first job in the corporate world nd my family were also happy. If I talk about Byjus salary structure they will provide your monthly salary on the first day of the month. But Your salary depends on the talk time that you have to fulfill anyhow or else you will lose your that day momey around ₹900 whether you have done the company's work they will not give you present until nd unless you are done with your talk time. Nd my manager was like useless. Whenever I asked any kind of help she was assuring me that she will definitely sort it out but at the time of helping she will give excuse so that you can't say anyword to her. I think manager plays a important role in everyone's life. Nd I left job becoz my manager told me to give resign. Nd It was because of I couldn't able to relocate to banglore because my mother health was not good. Then HR was also forced me to give resignation if you couldn't relocate to banglore. And leaving company it was my personal decision also. Because Byjus are actually doing fraud with the parents they will treat you like servant to do the work. But I was not able to do cheat with customers. Nowadays school has reopen nd they have to sale their useless products to customers anyhow. But I think school is the best place to do studies for the K3 students. That's what I actually felt nd I shared everything here all.

Everything is dislike in Byjus. They are actually doing fraud with parents.

Even in the company's financial crisis phase, Byjus didn't fail to pay our salary. We are getting our salary on the first day of every month.

Due to the spreading of negative news in media, customers are not trusting Byjus tuition centres. I'm working as Maths tutor at Byjus Tuition centre Calicut.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
