Salary and allowances are decent. And if you are lucky enough to get a good manager, you life will be good.

Dislikes

Extremely bad work culture. Huge burden of targets, even new joinees are not spared! They won't give you an opportunity to learn, they only care about their business figures! Bad postings in unlivable rural areas. Yes perks and allowances are good, but often times you have to beg them to get those. Corrupt practices undertaken by HRM section, people of certain communities are given preference over the other. And if you dare to raise your voice against such injustice, you will be harassed even more....Read More

No transfer during Probation period. So the new employees get stuck in the same branch for 3 years after joining and do not get much exposure to different fields of the bank. People from North are directly getting posted in Tamilnadu. Such employees face a lot of trouble due to inexperience and lack of understanding of language. Themanagement do not even consider the language barrier as an excuse and the employees are expected to perform in a same way as their southern peers.
