No transfer during Probation period. So the new employees get stuck in the same branch for 3 years after joining and do not get much exposure to different fields of the bank. People from North are directly getting posted in Tamilnadu. Such employees face a lot of trouble due to inexperience and lack of understanding of language. Themanagement do not even consider the language barrier as an excuse and the employees are expected to perform in a same way as their southern peers.
