Indiafirst life insurance company is growing company and people are very friendly, work culture is very good HR team is very supportive and the best thing is the CEO Vishka maam is very kind and understand thier sobordinates

Innovations are welcome here. Good company to start your career. Learned MS office and lots of soft skills. Team is professional. I like employee rehire policy. Job security is quiet high compared to other private company. Enjoyed my start here.

Compensation is decent and slow here. To get onroall also takes some time. Managers don't value any individuals unique strengths. No career growth no professional and personal life balance. Sometimes they call you on vacations as well without any prior notice. As a fresher you can join but don't get settle here. Your values doesn't matter here. Got some horrible experiences as well. Work Details

I did enjoy my start at Indiafirst but can't end it very well. Have some good and bad experiences as well. As a fresher I learned alot from here. But reporting to 4 managers at a time was very difficult. At the end I managed to leave company with peace.
