Pls avoid this company...it is a career spoiling company. Management has no vision. Lot of politics played by senior management. They deducted salary during Covid phase which they never returned.No mediclaim provided to employees. Not paying legitimate dues like expenses and even they never do settlement of employees. They even don't pay you for accumulated PL . They don't deserve hardworking and sincere employees...<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.no career growth and no increment</mark>. Company culture so pathetic.. When join Rajesh Kapoor as MD in organization, some hope for success. But not improvement. Company change strategy every 3to 4 month. Marketing team not know goal of company. Every six month company remove marketing team and PMT also... SM change 3 time Short of Carier company not full fill any commitmen ts down team struggling manage doctor, Stokist and chemist also... From April 2020 to Match 2021 they started salary deduction 40% to 30% as position of employee post, all pan India and all division. Last 6 month company remove above 200 employee pan India. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> So no job security, no growth, no Skil development, no life balance every time threatening regarding ur job security</mark>.
