Pls avoid this company...it is a career spoiling company. Management has no vision. Lot of politics played by senior management. They deducted salary during Covid phase which they never returned.No mediclaim provided to employees. Not paying legitimate dues like expenses and even they never do settlement of employees. Huge politics inside the management If you have be appointed with reference of Ho person than ur job is secure.whether he is performing or not.....Working in Indiabulls is just like securing ur job for one month...Always under the threat of loosing job after sales closing.... Management do not want to stabilize the teams for performance</mark>....If your teams are performing they will start terminating/transferring/relocating etc without any specific reason to disturb the territory.There is no vision of company...Huge attrition.....No stability at HO level/Pmt/Management..... Strategy is changing on week basis just like trail....Today u will asked for specific excecution for whole month....After one week strategy will get change. Dear Madam/Sir,Here is at Indiabulls the Top management & seniors are from finance and wants to grow instant and very bad work environment and culture . Training very poor and if batch is not ready at least 15 teen people the freshers will not go for training.Job Security can not express and my suggestion not to join over here any freshers also experience candidate. Carrier Growth nil Salary ok and up to mark when it was launched but now a day's very pathetic. Appraisal up to one year the candidate has to wait. Travel ok. Very bad politics over here by seniors from GM ,BU Head,SM,ZBM are doing concalls sitting at one place and doing policing between TM & ABM. Very bad work habit and not to accept challenges and failure by seniors. No new work strategy Seniors will not work in the field and blame to ABM and TM are not working. Most of the required stocks are not available at cfa and seniors are are asking to make the bill to stockists.
