It's not given salary from three months of employees & suddenly company has been closed.even all employees did work on full time .but this company cheated to all employees. cheated me also.i didn't get salary of six months.

Job is not secured and the working culture is totally worst on dated 9 October Indiabulls pharmaceuticals dismissed 350 employees just for their benefit. They have not thinked anything about their families because of that many peoples still suffering for their job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
