Worst policies, no work at their Mumbai office. Feels like a watchman is appointed for empty office. Owner of company asks Advocates to manage things which are legally not permissible. Senior never comes to office. No guidance or work assignments. Worst company to work for.

They make hollow promises at the time of interview and they just don't stand on their words. No exposure at all. Partners misbehave. The entire ILO is run by just two people and all other partners/employees are puppets. Total nuisance and toxicity. Hire and fire policy. They do not have good mandates, keep engaged in stupid works Noperks whatsoever to staff. Horrible HR policy No defined KRA, advocates do not get to visit courts and expect them to turn good advocates.
