In an organization like IICC, the possibility of improvement is always there to be made effort for. As the perfection is hardly to be found whatever is the organization. I think too much of hierarchy is harmful to each & every institution, because it hinders the growth and complicates the nature of work.....

It was great experience to work for IICC, You can give good amount of time to your family & I have learned lots of things with experienced associates of the IICC, but there is no performance appraisals only buttering buttering & number makers gets reward or good compensation.

Lots of Politics , No performance assessment even DGM did not know the profile of the staff or who is performer or who is non performer, everybody working for saving there seat..
