I had previously worked for other companies before joining Indi IT Solutions, but the exit policies and admiration I received upon leaving were very touching. It even made leaving the team difficult for me. I was always treated like a family member there. If I hadn't been relocated to the UK, I would have continued to work exclusively with them.

I have just started working here as a trainee and everyone here is very cooperative. I got an ample number of opportunities to learn as a trainee and didn't have any problems elated to work or the work environment. In short, this place was absolute bliss to work for.

I made good bonding with my colleagues as well as my seniors too. Everyone was very nice and humble.The roles and responsibilities were always defined so that there will be no confusion when it comes to achieving your goals.

I had issues when it comes to working extra hours even after getting paid for that as I felt it might affect my personal life. Although, it is suitable for those who want to earn more and can work extra apart from their working hours.
