Likes

Good thing is annual increment for Representatives every year, In COVID period Company reimbursed full salary to all levels of employee without giving any special condition. There is no delay of salary and expences reimbursement for the employees.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Learning opportunities are nil. No Professional approaches seen. Attrition rates are remarkably high. Compensations are lowest in the industry. Incentive reimbursement generally done after a year of achievement. Career benefits for uplift is almost nil.

Work Details

The work environment was not at all interesting and challenging rather boring. Does not have any opportunity fo training and development programme.
