There is one problem in Paytm postpaid process. shift timing is very bad. There is strach in shift timing. They call at 8:45 am and leave at 7:30 after date 25 to 7 next month.

Job security is not there at all. Neither the management is good. IMS needs a strong AVP plus a female HR .
