There is no life balance, no satisfaction and no job security. working environment is totally poor, hug politics. Poor management.

the work pressure is very high. Many times I have to work 16-20 hours straight in a days as I have to attend clients call in the evening and may times late night. I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. THEY HAVE POLICY HIRE AND THEN FIRE

Totally frustrated. Company's working days and hour is Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 6 PM BUT I had working there 24*7 available. Many time I had candled planned leaves.
