the best thing about impelsys it gives you opportunity to expand your knoledge and the projects that you work on can never bore you, as its challenging and you get chance to learn. Some team members help you and guide you. We would have proper work life balance if it was planned properly. there have been days where we go from 9 am-11 pm.

1) Management is not good. 2) No Benefits 3) No joining Bonus nor proper Appraisal 4) Delay in Appraisal even after done with all the review cycle. 5) You won't be getting right support from management or higher managers. 6) Bias in providing the appraisal and few people are controlling entire thing.
