Image Graphic is an organisation basically deals with graphic designing and web developing. I joined here as a system administrative. And I hv learned many things and developed my skills..

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Here biggest disadvantage is they use the candidate for different purpose. Sometimes proprietor of the organisation tell us to order tea snacks lunch for him. And secondly they dont hv any system of giving salary, sometimes in check sometimes in cash

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
