1. Good colleagues 2. Understanding TL and manager 3. Job security 4. Flexibility of work when in need 5. Scope for learning and working on different types of content.

Dislikes

1. Low salary. Low appraisals and promotions. 2. Upper management will commit numbers to the client without consulting with the team that will be actually working on the project. This leaves the team struggling to meet the targets. 3. Mon-Fri work week. But Saturday is considered "Working Off". So to match the delivery schedule, sometimes the team is required to work on Saturdays. Then in that case a comp-off is not given because Saturday is not a straight-forward off. 4. Sandwich leave policy. 5. Public holidays that fall on Sunday are still considered a holiday and an alternative holiday on a workday is not given. Overall the workplace is good. But I suggest the management to consider the above points and make suitable changes to the functioning and policy to make the place even better....Read More

1. There is a lot of exposure and learning involved if you are up for it. 2. Managers/TLs are cooperative and you have access to senior leadership in case your line manager isn't serious about your problems/feedback. 3. Getting selected at Iksula is easy, at least from entry-level to mid-level position. 4. Job security

Dislikes

1. Salary offered as per market norms but promotions are selective and appraisals fickle in terms of hike. 2. Work pressure can get on your nerves during seasonal/trending periods. May be required to work on Saturday.

It is the great support of the co-workers and managers that drives you to work at Iksula. You can manage work and other priorities smoothly without any hitches. The only drawback is that the upper management is cruel when it comes to appraisals and remuneration, which defeats the purpose of such a wonderful organization.

Dislikes

The salary should be negotiated first only. Do not expect any major appraisals even if you are talented or deserving. The pay band is terrible!!
