This is a totally e-commerce company. We can learn many e-commerce or online transactions. The all levels of authorities i.e. from top level management till lower level are more co-operative towards each other. We like to work in Night shifts only and there is totally Night shifts. Sometimes either required, then only we need to work in Day shift. We are receiving all allowances other than salary. There are 2 week offs as well as National Holidays also in this organization only as compared to all other organizations in this entire country 'INDIA.'
