Associate has no Value in this Organisation. No salary growth. One Incident happened one of Team Leader of WellMed Process doing cheap thing with Female employee and he Get caught but because of he is TL the Incident get Closed No further action taken by the Authorities. Leadership is extremely poor and you have to just say Yes for everything to survive. Organization vision is not properly defined leading to frequent change in plan and strategy. Higher management always keep on experimenting with employees, bringing in new things here and there but output is not satisfactory and having Negative impact over employees.

So far not a dislike but we can say area of improvement. Organization needs to improve in training program for trainee candidates as per the new policies they are hiring graduate freshers. So they need to improve in their training program. Where people should learn other activities as well like team bonding, motivational speech, andshould work on improving the policy of crab culture as well. Best organisation to start your career. Management is very good. Work environment is also good. HR and IT team also co-ordinates well every time. Pickup and drop both facilities are provided from home to home. Incentives on performance basis.
