Worst Organisation. It feels like you are going to College life. No professionalism. Lots of politics in oraganisation.

Associate has no Value in this Organisation. No salary growth. One Incident happened one of Team Leader of WellMed Process doing cheap thing with Female employee and he Get caught but because of he is TL the Incident get Closed No further action taken by the Authorities. And same thing Was done was Associate he get Fired from Authority . Which Kind of Rule Is this team leaders are Chamchas of Directors.

I like only one part that is Saturday Sunday off but I have to work on one Saturday in 2 months

There is no salary growth no position wise growth in this company. No Indian holiday you will only get 21 leaves for whole year

Worst company, job security is zero, work culture, management and company policies also zero.

... grow your career then don't join IKS health they don't give you job security. If they don't have projects, they will fire you without telling you & they pay less salary.

You will mostly find understanding and supportive peole till AM position, people higher than that do not care about their employees. The work environment was really good before covid pandemic but now they just want their emploees to work and work only with no annual increments, no proper IJPs, no work life balance. You have to extend working hours up to 12-13 hours and still they will ask you to increase your speed.

Dislikes

...ork lofe balance, extensive working hours. No job security since covid pandemic. No salary increments, no incentives.. the only thing they give is fake promises to make you work more. If you do not want any of these things to happen with you then choose another company please.

There was a sense of job security with pandemic. Teammates are helpful and motivating.

Dislikes

With the change in management recently, work load has increased with very poor compensation. Many people have resigned which has further increased the workload. Management is terrible.
