Not satisfied with the work environment, and I can not complain more about the salary package and growth is so damn slow, I’ve been working since last 4 years almost and still not getting the salary I should be getting for committing to the same company. Really disappointed.

Guys please don't waste your time by giving interviews. In the name of practice interview they will reject in actual Interview. It happen with me yesterday. Siddhesh sir called me for verbal communication round and they told me it is a difficult round so first clear practice that test and then if you are not facing any issues then we will continue with actual round. So I gave practical test and yes it was difficult so I called sir and tell him that I want time to prepare my self, so he said I will help you by giving tip and then he give me tip also, but after 2-3 hours I called him and I said I am ready so he said, unfortunately, you are not selected in actual test and I told him that I haven't given test yet so then he starts ignoring and not picking up my calls... Everything... Company does not know where to focus.. Leadership is worst.. Compensation plans pathetic.. CFO and COO does not focus on bringing business all they know how to save money from cutting employees benefit.. Annual function stopped, birthday celebration stopped, travelling allowance discarded, incentives not given from last one year, increament not given on time, increament given to favourite employess n not the deserving ones..
