The HR/ER Team is very quick and responsive. The wok time flexibility is one of the pros to this company. Since the company is growing I am being optimistic towards to career opportunities

Not happy with the New KRA policy. There are very less chances that anyone can achieve 100% i.e. Quality scores must be greater than 99.10 which is impossible. In my observation company is thinking about cost cutting such as they have invested so much money to create an good envoirment but keep one coffee maching operative despite having 2 shows narrow thinking. At time of joining provide cerain salary and at time of Apprisal said you are getting high salary as per experience. As per company nomes every employee salary is increase in ceratain amount at time of Apprisal and production and quality allso sustain as per company noms but hr and operations denied for Apprisal. So need to improve hr policies related employee concerned.
