1. NOT A PSU : To say it's a JV of IOCL,HPCL&BPCL But it's not a PSU. People may think it's a PSU as it's a big venture of big PSU but it's not. 2. Worst work culture: No system in place yet. Policies copied from PSU except the part where their is a profit of Employees. Till date people are not provided laptop/system but management expects high productivity. Work will be allocated but no one bothers when you ask for some place where you can work. As all the management is on deputation from IOCL and probably will not be there at the end of year no one bothers to resolve your problems or even talk about it. Basic needs such as printing the documents/ form are expected from you to take print from local shops on your own expense. Even if you can remotely be able to claim the bill it will take months to process. Till then you have to bear the basic expenses of housekeeping, printing etc. No technical work envolved currently. You will be treated unfairly as everyone else is on deputation with all the perks and salary of PSU but you are not PSU person. They ultimately have to work together in next project so they don't care to resolve any of your query and maybe get scolded if you try to open your mouth. 3.No Perks: There are no perks of joining IHBL. Policies are made just to decrease any and every penny that could be waisted on you. Ya that's what PSU management thinks. They will be enjoying every perks there is in PSU but you will not get a proper system so that you can work. Some deputed personals are send just to get rid of their incompetent nature of working from PSU . Worst salary and No negotiation: You will be treated as private employee when it comes to perks but as soon as you realise that you can negotiate in private sector stamp of JV will be stamped on your face saying you can't as it's a JV with fixed salary structure. Even compared to other JVs and Big private firms in this sector you will get lesser salary structure here with increament that will not ever beat the inflation rate. Means your salary will decrease with coming years. You can directly search the package offered in this JV. E: 7 lakh with 3 year's experience,SE: 9 with 5 years experience. DM: 11 with 7 years, M:15 with 10 years and SM:17 with 15 years of experience. Means if you are currently at engineer level and if you are getting fastest promotions in this organisation (remotely possible)it will take you 12 more years with a hike of 10 lakh in salary which will be less than inexperienced GET of PSU. Well they deserve atleast 15 years experienced salary after clearing GATE nowadays, forget the perks btw. Atleast for now you should only choose this company when you don't have a permanent job with a clear hike of more than 30%.Then you can use it as your launching pad if you find a job after getting hands-on experience of non technical work....Read More
