Everything. My Team leader was bad. Not supportive at all. Kept yelling why your AHT was low. And it felt like more than 150 employee jumping on ques and fighting like animals to get the work done so that they can increase productivity. So that our team leader does not yell at us. Where is productivity 😂😂😂. Worst work environment and worst work culture.

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

The company is very bad and they will always take you for granted. They do not offer any leaves and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

I understand now this company is just opposite of what people express through reviews. I mean it's a great choice if you decided to join IGT. Company culture is employee friendly. Work-life balance is always present in the list of Company's priorities. There are doctors present all the time also, made an app for employee's emotionaland mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. Just a few of the ram members I've got are really good fortunately.

There is nothing really much to like about this company. They will eventually starts pressurising for workload, expecting a new joinee to excel in the field short after the training. Treating as if they already are pro with the rules and regulations and if you make mistakes suddenly it's all your fault and they can terminate you.

the senior management system is the worst and doesn't support them. there is no salary increment. the employee has been working for 2 years but has been no increment. seriously transportation system is very bad for 3rd class system.

The company is all about show and there is nothing to be happy about. When you join the company , the first impression would be good as the area where they do training and interviews is very well and full developed however, apart from that all other things are very bad and not working. They are totally opposite. Also, they do not let you take leaves as per your choice and will ensure that you work for more than 12 hours a day by giving you unnecessary work and that too at the time of logout. And if you fail to do that, the next day they will either issue a documentation or either boycott you and make you feel that you do not exist. The senior management will force you to do unethical things and they if anything goes wrong, they will not support you and will run away. Als, they fool there clients by giving such data which is not available and charge money as well in the name of things and the salary structure is also very bad and no benefits and unnecessary deductions. There is ntg to like in igt manager tl are very rude they don't care about expert heath .They are only concern about the targets.If we are performing good they will never appreciate that .They will never increase salary , they will only increase the work load.

IGT was My first company as a fresher. IGT is a great platform to learn about travel term (GDS). Management staff was good enough. Salary was law but it was good environment.😊

Absolutely horrendous. Dubai management is Indian and toxic to the core. They have unrealistic targets. 1 person in the name of HR who is has no backbone to stand whatsoever. They treat their employees with use and throw attitude. They hire and downsize in a loop. No job security. Its an outsource company. It’s a very bad company having pathetic work culture and there is no work life balance. They don’t give you time to improve even if you are new. They can throw you out of company on any single thing. There is no HR intervention as your VP has the complete say over this. Don’t join this company ever
