Dislikes

The team leaders and managers are the worst. Even if you have leaves, you're not allowed to take them. When asked why, I was told that there was not enough people despite everybody being present at work. Worst company to work for besides Byjuus. No work life balance. Management is incapable of understanding employees.

No one ask you anything. If your work on track. There are plenty of projects. So job security is favorable.

Dislikes

Politics and no hike no promotion for 2years cycle. Cycle is sep to oct. So if you joined after septemper you will get hike after 3 years. Salary is not up to mark. Very low in the market.

1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3. Another worst thing is no salary hike for the last 2 years. 4.There will be lot of work pressure where you can not attend any internal trainings as well. Work life balance depends on the project. Infosys works on faith, unnecessarily it won't take any action. Salary growth may be slow, but to learn there are many opportunities it will provide.

Timely increments and percentage of salary growth is less about 5 to 10% based on appraisal rating.

No good hike. For JL4 , JL5... 6-8%. I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

Skill Development They have Lex portal Which more then university or wikipedia of technology , you can learn any technology from there as per your time also skill trainnig is provided

Mangers Like "Maulik " and "Anmol " are not good , they misguide the new fresher before taking in projects . these leads are insuficent with technical skill it will create lots of unecessarynoice in project , thing which can be done in hours , ussually take weeks becuase of skill gap in senior roles of lead and mangers , they are in the organization since 10 or 12 years so they became lead and mangers, even junior system associate technical skill is better then this leads and managers , specially i have wroked two telecomunication domian project i.e, Proximus and Telenet where Gpm is rude they dont even talk properly. I have joined as fresher no hike,no pormotion in 2.7 years of working, in project like EOS they forced us to work more the 14 to 15 hours daily this went for next 6 month ....Read More

No Hikes this year as well they said they'll give 5-8% but for peoples who recieved ECR (Early career rewards) they didn't give hike which is quite disappointing. because, worst part is they were only giving 5 % whereas even maid wants 10% hike every year. We work really hard and in return what we hear? that a lateral joinee getting double package while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating.
