The organisation has so much with in itself in terms of learning. The work culture is so easy to adapt, the colleagues here are pretty friendly and cooperative. There's something new to learn on regular basis. Yes there are work pressures but then one considerably learns and sharpens his/her skills..

Dislikes

The remuneration pays off are not as per the expectations.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
