Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Company Culture, no work politics. Very good exposure to client and projects.

No perks, only wordly aspirations. Life and health insurance is very basic and they also does not have any team outings. The work is fully work from home but you they will not even provide basic setup, even wifi is out of question.
