I worked there for 26 months and always been in top 20 out of 300 people. The work culture is very bad and you will feel like you are a slave. If there is any issue wit you tl or manager you do not have an option to contact HR through email. If you do it personally they won't even listen it. I resigned and was on els for 12 days while serving notice period. They were not giving my FNF and experience letter. Manager told me they have provided everything to teh accounts team, accounts team said that I did not serve notice period. Took more than 3 months to get it after I told them that I will lodge a complaint against them. Worst place to work. I won't go there again even if Ienergizer is the last option to work. No matter how good you have been with them at the time of FNF they will surely find something to make it painful for you....Read More

If you have any issues no one will listen, Their policy will make you their slave. Worst transport. If you get corona positive, they will deduct your salary, currently I am working in Accenture and they have 14 days approved leaves if you fall sick.
