Everything Rules Policies Week off policy Biased people Genderism If you are a male . Than iE culture would be terrible for you. And favouritism . You will get appraisal or appreciation only if you are favourite of management's one or two person. Don't think if you are good at work&knowledge you will get appreciation or promotion. Never think like it Lockers are dirty and far away from the working floor. And no washroom breaks. No adjustments , if you dont get system on time then you will have to extend your shift according to that. System issue is a major problem. You will not get system easily. And luckily if you get your system it will take 15-20 minutes to get started. And no matter if system or extension is working fine or not you will have to bear that loss. So this is the worst things i think i am not writing full details or i am forgetting the things. But yes if someone Ienergizers person is reading this. Kindly solve it. They have there own strick policies , I had a behaviour issue case in past and it’s been more than 2 years and I told them the reason also still they didn’t listen to me , I go selected and getting 40k salary but because of all this my job offer rejected at the send and I was very sad about it but no one helped me .

I don't like ienergizer because it's very big company with less mentality they are not hiring muslims people. I request govt to take action on it and request muslims don't go there your full day will be waste. They will say after interview that you are not selected.

There is nothing to like about this company, they will make you work like labours. No work life balance, no sick leaves nothing. If you are okay working in a very toxic environment with 0 job security, go for it

1. Sandwich policy: even if late before or after weekend 2. Retention hold : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

The management does not have spine, there leadership does not want to work with set rules of the industry instead always try to find unethical ways to meet the targets, the managers are not trained for people management, Yes Sir culture, no programs to improve the skills.
